Restaurant:
Lachlan’s restaurant provides the ultimate in contemporary
a la carte dining. Ideal for business lunches and private
dining. Lachlan’s offers a quiet and comfortable setting to
enjoy fine cuisine from our ever-changing menu and local and
international wines from our extensive cellar.
Macquarie Room:
The Macquarie Room is the ideal venue for
functions and conference dining. Spacious and comfortable, it offers the
flexibility of formal and buffet style dining for up to 200 people. The
cuisine is contemporary with a wide range of vegetarian and special diet
options catered for. Our fully qualified chefs and catering staff can assist
you in devising a menu specific to your needs.

venues sees the combination of colourful costumes, lifelike facades, along
with spectacular lighting and sound, bringing to life any concept or fantasy.
